Ongoing: Advised AMI team in developing systems for reporting and streamlining internal communications, training an in-house media director, creating a media plan and strategy, structuring an internship program and planning for the launch of a product collection.
Coordinated the communications strategy and marketing plan for this national company, including product development and design for sales tools as well as communications campaigns for major industry markets. Designed education opportunities among interior design influencers so as to gain their confidence and business. Created an interior designer channel for communications. Currently spearheading the overhaul of website and digital marketing collateral.
Concepted the brand direction, voice, visuals, and positioning. Led the website development, photo shoots, and all marketing collateral production. Designed a strategy for social channels, earned media placements in national press. Oversee new developments and services and connect them to commerce
Assisted the creative director on range architecture development and brand re-launch. Spearheaded the creation of an interior designer ambassador program and led two focus groups to better understand needs and how to apply this to product development and service.
As founder and author of this company and consultancy, I created a robust and long-standing internship program to support both my company and my clients. Will issue a second book, Recipe for Press: Interior Designer Series, in January 2018.
Ongoing: Collaborated with founder and designer to breathe new energy into campaigns designed to connect with interior designers and deepen those relationships. Produced intimate between-market gatherings and production of marketing material around them. Mapped out a plan for more creativity and consistency in social media posting and engagement to reach new goals for growth.
